Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time (Transit)

  • Transit time begins once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination and may be shown at checkout when available.
  • Carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, service interruptions) can happen and are outside of our control.

Order Cutoff

  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be treated as placed the next business day.
  • During launches, sales, or high-volume days, processing may take the full 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
  • Any free shipping offers will apply automatically at checkout when available.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once it arrives back. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, we recommend:
    • checking around your home and with neighbors, and
    • contacting the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package appears lost in transit, email us and we’ll help you take the next steps.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • your order number
    • photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
      We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
