Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time (Transit)
- Transit time begins once your order has shipped.
- Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination and may be shown at checkout when available.
- Carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, service interruptions) can happen and are outside of our control.
Order Cutoff
- Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be treated as placed the next business day.
- During launches, sales, or high-volume days, processing may take the full 2–3 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
- Any free shipping offers will apply automatically at checkout when available.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once it arrives back. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, we recommend:
- checking around your home and with neighbors, and

contacting the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.
- We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
- If your package appears lost in transit, email us and we’ll help you take the next steps.
Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number

photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
